Information Flow Diagram

Problem / Opportunity

As part of my UX research internship with the University of Michigan’s Office of Enrollment Management, I conducted a series of contextual interviews with stakeholders involved with the University of Michigan’s Campus Day event. After analyzing the data I collected, I created an information flow diagram as a way to visualize how information was received, altered, and sent between various teams and departments at the University during the planning and implementation stages of this event. This research artifact is used by more senior members of the Slate implementation team to aid in their decision-making.
